Orders & Pre-Orders

Most King Noor LA pieces are made to order and offered through limited pre-order windows, unless otherwise noted for in-person events.

Because each piece is made to order, orders cannot be changed or canceled after the pre-order window closes.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

Shipping

Orders ship once production is complete. Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided at the time of purchase but may vary.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Product Variations

We work with natural materials, including stones that may vary in color, size, and markings. These variations are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability
