Yes. All King Noor LA pieces are made to order, allowing us to create intentionally and with care. On occasion, selected pieces may also be available at in-person events.
When will my order ship?

Please allow approximately 3 weeks for production and delivery from the end of the pre-order window. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?

Each piece is made to order. For this reason, changes or cancellations are not possible once the pre-order window has closed.

How much is shipping?

Domestic (U.S.) flat rate: $12
International flat rate: $32
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
These fees are not included in the shipping rate.

What materials are used?

Each piece is crafted in:
18k gold-plated 925 sterling silver
or 18k solid gold
Natural stones such as turquoise and lapis lazuli are used throughout the Paivand collection. Lapis Lazuli is sourced from Afghanistan and Turquoise is sourced from Arizona.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Because we work with natural stones, each piece will vary slightly in color, texture, and markings. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
How should I care for my jewelry?

To preserve your piece:
Avoid water, lotions, and perfumes
Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising
Store in a dry place when not worn
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
